1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of www.sushi54.co.uk ('the Website') is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2 RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND MINIMUM AGE POLICY

2.1 Refunds will only be given if the purchase is returned in full and notice has been given within ten minutes of receipt in which case all requested items will be refunded. Part refunds will also be given if certain items on the menu are returned.

2.2 Cancellations will only be accepted within the first ten minutes of the order

2.3 The minimum age for ordering alcohol is 18 years old, any alcohol purchased must be paid for by credit card

3 GDPR

The information we will hold on you is:

- First Name
- Surname
- Home/Business Address
- Email Address
- Contact Telephone Number

We hold this information on our database so you we can deliver your orders and contact you in case of any problems. All data is stored securely and we do not share this database with any third parties other than Andromeda Services Limited and Live Pepper who process the orders for us.

If you no longer wish for us to keep your information stored on our database or would like to change the information we have about you please email your request to info@sushi54.co.uk and your data will be removed or edited.

We will automatically remove any account that hasn't been used for a period of 3 years.

4.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Sushi54 Limited or otherwise used by Sushi54 Limited as permitted by law.

None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
